Entire agreement

You confirm that You have read these conditions and, You fully understand them and You also agree that these conditions are the only terms (together with Your network provider agreement ) that rule Your relationship with us.

The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The Netherlands.



We will endeavour to dispatch goods as promptly as possible after succesful receipt of payment. The maximum period of delivery would be within 10 working days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your email address or via phone within 2 working days. Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day so if you are not at home please supply us with a daytime address for deliveries.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY wants you to be a satisfied customer. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 14 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. Returning items by mail:

What are the rates for transport?

Shipping rates depend on the size, volume and destination of your order. Once you filled your cart and you selected the shipping method, the total Shipping & Handling fee will be listed on the checkout page. Orders with a net value equal or above € 65,- / $50 will be shipped free of charge.

How do I check the status of my order?
