Need advice!

I am not so sure about this product and want to contact the seller but couldn't find their info anywhere. I bought two and I find it easier to put glasses with thinner width but it's not easy to put in ( or I should say impossible since I did not want to put pressure on my Ray Bans) bigger width frames inside the loop. Am I not doing it right or it's just the way these are made. Would appreciate a response, don't want to miss my return window. Thanks.

Ganz gut

Kam super schnell an und ist an sich auch gut brauchbar. Leider muss man es immer abnehmen um die Brille einzusetzen. Dadurch gibts unschöne druckstellen.
