- We will endeavour to despatch goods as promptly as possible after succesful receipt of payment. The maximum period of delivery would be within 10 working days, unless specifically agreed with you the customer. If any item you have chosen is unavailable, we aim to contact you via your e-mail address or via phone within 2 working days.
Please note that the couriers and delivery services we use tend to deliver during the working day so if you are not at home please supply us with a daytime address for deliveries.

- MyBobino.com wants you to be a satisfied customer. So if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days and we’ll exchange the item or refund the purchase price to your account. We’ll also happily refund the delivery charge if the item is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
Returning items by mail:

- State the item(s) that you are returning.
- State the reason for the return.
- Please indicate whether you would prefer a refund to the credit card originally used, or an exchange.
- State the preferred delivery address for your exchange.
- If you are asking for a refund of the delivery expense please include a receipt for this cost.
- Please make sure to package the return securely (in the original box) and include any paperwork. Packages must be returned pre-paid and for your protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. If you want the delivery charge refunded please include a receipt for this cost.
